Paddy Driscoll
She attended courses before accreditation and formal qualifications were seen as important (eg COAPE) and has always been a bit of a training course junkie, over the years attending and organising them. She is currently studying on the Masters degree course in Clinical Animal Behaviour at Lincoln University under the highly respected Daniel Mills.
Hannah WrightHannah joined the classes in 2005 with bad-boy Frankie! Frankie is no longer a bad boy. In 2006 he passed his KC Bronze Good Citizen test, in 2009 his Silver Good Citizen, and in 2010 his Gold award to prove it. An excellent example of a dog, pretty close to being on death row for being aggressive towards people and dogs, who through positive, up to date techniques is now a model citizen! :-) In 2009 Hannah got a border collie puppy. Spook is proving to be a gifted and clever girlie who quickly gained her Bronze, Silver and Gold Good Citizen awards and is now competing in agility. Hannah has a lot of theoretical knowledge to support her practical experience. She has a degree in Zoology and a PhD in Animal Behaviour. Hannah works as a researcher at the University of Lincoln, focusing on projects in the area of dog behaviour & welfare and human-animal interactions. She is a committee member for the British Veterinary Association (BSAVA) affiliated Companion Animal Behaviour Therapy Study Group (CABTSG) and has recently joined the board of trustees for Lincolnshire based Dog Rescue charity Jerry Green. She has worked hands on with dogs for a number of years, in various environments, including boarding and rescue kennels, veterinary clinics, research and training environments. Hannah is also regional manager for Puppy School Ltd, overseeing puppy tutors throughout Lincolnshire, Doncaster and Peterborough areas. Charlie KendallCharlie has been assisting at the classes since 2006, and owns GSD cross, Freya. Currently employed in a non-dog related job, she has done voluntary work in a local rescue kennels. She has a degree in Animal Behaviour from Lincoln University, where her dissertation investigated noise phobia in dogs. Her work experience has included working at boarding kennels and 3 veterinary surgeries, including assisting with operations. Graham and Margaret BotterillGraham and Margaret couldn't have known what they were getting themselves into when they took on Tigger! A few years down the line they have another collie, Daisy. Both Margaret and Graham are stalwart supporters not just of the classes, but of Wiccaweys collie rescue. They are both starting to assist at the classes and the insight they have gained in training 2 deaf dogs, with major behaviour problems, will be invaluable in helping owners. No paper qualifications in dog behaviour, but a whole lot of practical skills learned from working with their very special twosome! Margaret, under the pseudonym of Mrs B, does the food and wonderfull cakes at most Teamwork Training courses in Lincolnshire. Hannah CollinsonHannah has nearly completed a Masters degree in Clinical Animal behaviour at Lincoln Uni. She has a first degree in Applied Animal Behaviour and Training, has always had an interest in dog training and behaviour and is a skillful dog trainer. She has 2 Golden Retrievers, Digby, and recent addition, Tarka. She runs a dog walking and sitting service in the Lincoln area, Lincoln Pet Services. Lynn HewisonLynn has just completed a degree in Applied Animal Behaviour, has just started a Masters degree in Clinical Animal Behaviour, and is intending to work in 'dogs'. |

Used to live in Surrey where her dog training business, Teamwork Training, was established in 1997. She has been involved in training, competing with, and showing dogs since she first took the family pet dog to classes in 1968. Currently she works mostly with aggressive behaviour, her expertise evolved from working with real dogs, with real problems, often drawing on the skills learned from her extensive experience in various canine disciplines as well as owning and fostering rescue dogs with problems. She has always been innovative, in the 1970s introducing the then revolutionary concept of puppy classes, a pioneer of clicker training (having been the first Brit to attend a Karen Pryor and Gary Wilkes 'Don't Shoot the Dog' seminar in the USA), owning some of the first clicker trained dogs in the UK and introducing specialist classes designed specifically for aggressive dogs.
