The Advanced
classes focus on competitive
obedience. It concentrates on the
exercises and skills needed for
competing up to, and including, Novice and test A at open/championship shows,
although other exercises are included..
Occasionally specialised advanced training workships on other
disciplines are scheduled.
It covers
 Teaching
heelwork, recall, retrieve and stays
Introducing
sendaway, DC, scent discrimination
The
rules and regulations for obedience shows and tests (up to Novice and
Test A).
Training is
clicker/reward based, using food and play. Compulsion, check chains and
physical corrections are not used. It is suitable for any age,
including young pups.
All breeds/types very welcome.
